At the risk of displaying a serious misunderstanding, the following might be of interest. In the EZ Celestial Nautical Almanac For The Year 2020, the last couple of pages contain the followig tabulations.
1. Altitude Corrections Tables 0 - 35 degrees-Moon.This appears twice.
2. Altitude Correction Tables 35 - 90 degrees-Moon. This appears once, last page of the volume I have.
