On a standard circular slide rule there are seperate ring scales. The spiral on yours increases the basic scale length by at least x5 vs. standard. An 8" diameter circular rule gives a useful scale length of Pi x diameter for about 2 ft. Your design has a useful scale of about 10 ft. which should make short work of 4 place multiplication. Looks promising.
