Then we solve for course on the back. We line up the distance with the differece in latitude and find the course of 75.5 degrees.
The last photo shows the same values used with HO 229. The Hc is 50:12 making the GREAT CIRCLE distance 2305 and the course is 70.7 as we expected, slightly shorter and further to the north.
