It has been my experience that if you are in the middle of using wht website editor and open another brower tab to check a detail you need, your partial incomplete and un-posted text is lost.  For this reason, if my post has any detail or is long, I have been using a simple text editor to create the post, then I copy/paste it into the NavList Message. 

So it seems you would prefer us not to do this even if the text is straight simple ascii with no Microsoft bloat.
