Years ago I spent way too much time to make an AH with a mirror in a fancy frame with leveling screws , etc. I checked and evaluated different small levels. To my amazement, I went to Home Depot and bought a common carpenters 6 inch level for about $ 6-7 USD. Works absolutely fine! I’ve used it with a common mirror and a more expensive “first?” surface mirror. Cannot tell the difference with the more expensive and my accuracy overall is good enough.
I recommend the lowest cost simple option.
Regards,
Bruce

That's the price per level if you buy two. There are better discounts for more of them. Shipping is free within the US.
David C, that high shipping charge you reported is presumably the seller's estimate for shipping from Ohio, USA to New Zealand. Ebay has a convenient, standard international service that is expensive for small items like this. I would bet that's where this high shipping cost came from. If you're interested, there's probably a way to get small items like this to you at a much lower cost through a third party. Maybe you need to make friends with a flight attendant.
