Thank you for your comment! Testing the functionality of this AH is another issue (which is on my to-do list). From what I've seen so far most of the intercepts were less than 1'. You can center the bubble with 0.1mm accuracy.
On the web site you can find more preciser variant of bull-eye level (CG70) which is 3.5' per 1mm.
