My Coutino-pattern sextant made by Tamaya in 1942. Mid-rebuild tho was in very good condition despite the box being cracked. I've made a replacement index mirror for it and am waiting for chemicals to etch the mirror silvering for the horizon mirror. I've taken a number of excellent Sun lines with it and hoping that the replacement mirrors will allow me to take stars.
As an aside, the bulb threads are 9mm. Bill Morris thinks these are Ediswan but I've not been able to find any in this size. Anyone have any leads?
