    The threads look to be E10 fittings. Those are still widely available in all kinds of variations. I saw some LED ones that are quite low profile. Search for 'E10 bulbs'.

    If you really want or need the flattened bulb, search for reproduction Enigma lamps. Some versions of the Enigma encryption machine used these under the keyboard:
