Tony,
The all haversine (havDoniol) SR method only does a good job at calculating Hc (altitude). The log secant cosecant natural sin cosine combined Ageton Classic table (6 pages) does a good job of calculating Hc, azimuth, prime vertical, amplitude, time sight, and many other calculations. The 5 page natural haversine table has the advantage of working SR using only four place look-ups vs. five place logs. Both tables solve for Hc quickly to the same precision. Since the number of pages are so few then why not have both tables at hand.
