Right down to the nearest thirty seconds, huh?! That calls for some error bars maybe. :) Could you tell us how you made your estimate? Paper chart? Stellarium? Some other app??
I did it three ways:
- paper overlay on Nautical Almanac star chart (just for fun)
- my "USNO Clone" web app
- Stellarium
Images from the latter two are attached. Assuming an observer at Suwarrow Atoll on 1 January 2019, I estimate about 06:15 UT +/-10 minutes, but I could be wrong!
