Altitude Ruler

I'm looking for an altitude ruler to go with my Decca astro plotter. It's 18 inches but calibrated 0 to 90. Just thought I'd see if anyone here knows a source before I make one. I know roughly how to use it but if anyone has any tips on using the plotter it would be appreciated. Nothing found on line.
