    Lars,

    You are absolutely right. The same formula (written in slightly different way) can be found in Krasavcev’s book (the fragment attached in pdf format). Using these two parameters (P and 2E) one can easily calculate eccentricity correction for any angle.

    For example I want correction value for 100° arc reading. Corr=69”(sin(100°/2-22°)+sin22°)=58”. This is the same value in the certificate.
