Delighted you like DEavid's site. The physical maps are located at the Rumsey Map Center at Stanford, which also houses a small collection of navigation ans surveying instruments including an aluminum sextant that beloonged to George Davidson, a Hadley octant, an Adams sextant c.1791, several Plaths with bubble horizons and a 1941 Tamaya sextant with a Coutinho AH. Hopefully we will be setting up a small display area for the instruments in the near future. -p
