I ran the same experiment using Sirius. All settings identical except that one had IC of zero and the other was -2.0'. The Hs of the -2.0 instance was +2.0' in each of several tries. I had never noticed that before. I imagine there is a simple explanation, but I cannot come up with it.
I do love the app though. Use it daily.
