Dear All,
As this specific topic requires a dedicated thread, in the end-remark #1 of this most recent post, I indicated that I do not actually know where and how it is possible on the Internet to reliably obtain Altitudes measured from WGS84.
I performed all my computations assuming that such WGS84 referenced altitudes are obtained directly from Google Earth [Pro], but since the exact shorelines seem to always show at 0 m altitude - which should not be the actual case everywhere - I am not sure that Google Earth [Pro] actually indicates such WGS84 referenced altitudes.
Any NavList Member to bring light on this topic ?
Thanks in advance.
