I got my copy today, and there's two pages on Frank's achievement. I was also amused to see this article by Alex Agnew pointed out here: https://www.oceannavigator.com/night-vision-unit-expands-celestial-nav-window/ I worked for Alex, and know him well, since one of his projects is Sail Maine (used to be Tall Ships Maine, until Bert Rogers died,and Tall Ships America got pissy), and I was mate and engineer on HARVEY GAMAGE last year, that boat being used for sail training. And he is, of course, the publisher of that magazine, among others. best, doug
