Astra IIIb Horizon Shades Adjustment

I have an Astra IIIb which has served me well for over 20 years. The horizon filters have become loose and do not stay in place in use. I am not sure how to tighten the bolt and nut that holds them in place. Is there a special tool required? I have a tendency to get impatient and break things :). Help me avoid that please.
I have attached pictures of the sextant, the tools that came in the case with the sextant, and a shot of the filters in place.
