Another vote for the "Shadows" app. Here's an image of the opening screen. This version is a few years out-of-date but it gives a good idea of which features are included in the free version and which require a paid license. I do have a paid license... somewhere! And I consider it a good deal. Get a free trial copy at ShadowsPro.com.
Note that many of the tools available from "Shadows" are fairly trivial. There's really no difficulty making a so-called "mariner's astrolabe" from scratch, without instructions or a template, for example. It's nice that the instructions and templates are included in the app anyway.
