Hello Dale,
You say that you seek a "reasonably priced Astrolabe". You will obviously not rebid for this one that sold for over $100,000!
Your text made me realise that Astron did not cater for users who wished to enter measured zenith distance, beit using an Astrolabe, theodolite or gimmicky cellphone. So I have today added a setting (V2.238) to enable that.
I hope you find a suitable device to satisfy your quest. Do let us know how you get on.
