If this not a "pseudo" picture but a real one, then you are right, Robert, excellent call ! the Bright body is the Moon.
With the bright body now being the Moon, then find its RA. Since it is very close from full Moon, then the Sun's RA differs by more or less 180° or 12 hours. Then continue as earlier indicated : find Sun's RA, find time in the year, and so on ...
