Many thanks for your messages. I had seen Norie's Nautical Tables listed in the Celestaire catalog, but was unfamiliar with the contents of the book. If the page you sent me is a representative sample, it seems well worth looking into it. Thank you for the reference, and for referring me to the 2019 thread on an altitude-less azimuth formula.
