Hello Lars,
Many thanks for sending me the derivation - this was exactly what I was looking for. I had assumed it involved dividing an expression for sin Z by an expresssion for cos Z, but had not made much headway. Once again, a derivation always seems straightforward when you see it done by someone who knows what he is doing!
