I bacame suspicious of the ntp time on my PC. I checked and you have probably guessed it - the ntp server was turned off. I turned it on and PC time is now within about a second of atomic time as shown on an app on my phone. The next pips are due in 45 minutes. I will check. Maybe I should compare the pips with atomic time on my phone?
