In addition to Henning Umland's Long Term Almanac, Astron is also written in JavaScript. The entire source code, both built and individual files, is in the public domain here. I have made the code intentionally verbose – it is the only way I can understand it years later! You may well wish to cut it down to size by omitting utilities such as Rise Set and observation times, Sight Planner, Unidentified Body, Lunars, Plotter, Sextant Arcs, etc. But retain the Time Sync utility as you say you want to see if your new smart watch can do anti-spoof calculations.
