Steve,
That's the most basic calculation that you do in traditional 20th century celestial navigation. Any method that you like for calculating Hc and Zn from an assumed position is all that you need. Literally, any sight reduction method for the 'intercept method' does this. Are you looking for an equation to run up on your calculator? There are some options there, but again, this is the most basic calculation... you really probably already have this in front of you, and you're just not seeing that it's so simple.
