Hi all
I'm new here, so please be gentle.
Being new to celestial navigation, I was looking for a way to double-check all my manual calculations. I found a few web pages and a few spreadsheets but they all felt very cumbersome. So I wrote my own: https://astro.quimarche.co.uk.
If anyone feels like comparing my intercepts and azimuths with their own calculations I'd be extremely grateful. All feedback, positive and negative, welcome.
At the moment it only handles sight reductions of the sun's lower limb but I have plans to add other celestial bodies. Also, it's completely stand-alone and can be used off-line.
Regards
Chris
