Whilst looking over some ads for books in a 1920 copy of "The Rudder", I came across an ad for one entitled "A Practical Aid to The Navigator", priced then at the sum of $2.00. i Googled the title and there it was - A Practical Aid to Tthe Navigator, by Sturdy 1884. For anyone interested in the older forms of navigation, this little book is a vertible gold minle of informattion and is heartily recommended, Table of Contents is attached. Happy reading !
