Unfortunately that link does not work, maybe just for you, as the owner of the site. I suspect this is because Google cancelled publishing the "Classic Google sites" and force the publishers to migrate to the "New Google Sites".
Your site was an invaluable collection of materials related to aerial navigation, a real gold mine. It would be great to see it operational again, so would you please check this Google announcement: https://support.google.com/sites/answer/7035197?sjid=12952684294947293391-EU
"Starting September 1, 2021, classic Sites will no longer be viewable by anyone. ..." The deadline was extended, but this year Google really cancelled to publish them, and requires to migrate.
I am looking forward to see thoose really interesting stuff again.
