I've never heard of an HB sextant. I don't find anything with a search except for an existing HB Instruments that makes glass thermometers.

Looking in The Nautical Sextant by Bill Morris, Stanley comes up as an instrument maker, merges with Heath in 1926, but nothing resembling "HB" shows after that in the book or on Bill's blog.
