I was involved in an earlier thread starting in 2010 with Hanno Ix and still have a copy of Breed's work but at 116 pages long its hardly a booklet. I believe at the time I concluded that, although conceptually correct, it didn't provide sufficient accuracy to be of much practical useful for navigation.
