My calculation is not as detailed as yours but it comes out pretty close:
1° 14.7’
which falls near the lower end of your 4” error bar, since 42.9/60 = 0.715.
I used my precomputed lunar spreadsheet with Venus as “Moon” and Spica as “Body.”
