Browsing through old files, I came upon your comment on the Brown-Nassau plotter, about which one finds fairly frequent comment on NavList. Seems like the only known surviving example thereof resides at the Smithsonian Institute, which no doubt guards it carefully.
Re the following, I could well be all wet, however with respect to printing and reproduction capabilities available these days, computers and such, it seems to me that reproducing the things for sale to interested parties should not present much of a problem, nor should it be particularly expensive either.
The benefit of your thinking, and or the thinking, comments of other interested persons is awaited.
