There have been a number of posts along with illustrations regarding the above mentioned appearing here. Alas, while I may have been looking in the wrong place, I find nothing in the way of clear instructions as to how the device is or was used. I understand it was developed during WW 2, is this correct. Thanks in advance for appropriate direction.
