    I was in Bermuda 30 years ago and I distinctly remember IALA-A buoyage (red buoys in the LEFT when entering harbor); distinct from all countries in the Americas which use IALA-B buoyage with the red ones on the right ("red-right-returning" is the mnemonic taught in any basic recreational boating course).

    But I just looked at some on-line charts of Bermuda and it appears as if they have switched to IALA-B.

    True??
