Thanks so much for the links to the two recordings. That's the first time I've heard the leap second (double pips). And the Ottawa Shortwave remix is outstanding. Closing my eyes, I could envision every deep-space sci-fy movie ever made. Perhaps it will become the theme track for Frank's post-apocalyptic epic. Computer synthesized voice says, "Sorry Frank.... I can't do that". (blatant reference to 2001 - A Space Odyssey)
