I was playing around with the Almanac altitude corrections the other day....and away from my old Bowditch, I wanted to compare the moons augmentation correction from the table to my quick calculator avg. approximation..... .26 Sin Hc
So I just quickly went to google images and typed in "Augmentation table"....figuring of course one of the Bowditch or other published tables would come up....
I must say the results were educational and not entirely what I expected....LOL
Apparently the moon is not the only thing that the human race commonly wants to Augment....
