Brian, thank you for your reply and photos.
I am using a self made mirror artificial horizon to take celestial sights and to reduce the sights quickly I am using Navigator v. 2006 program or self written MatLab script. The main reason I asked about quick reference card is to have all the formulas and numbers used in CN in front of the user's eyes (just like a summary).
I have not yet looked at S-tables in details. It is still on my CN-agenda.
