Ooppss... For declination the correction to the differences between cycles ranges smoothly from 0" to 59" for each increasing cycle. Using 2020-2023 as a baseline, using averages, declinations differences from each year's ZERO for 2048-2051 could increase by as much as +7' from the 2020-2023 differences.
(Numbers here and in my previous post are are averages across the cycles from 2020-2023 through 2048-2051 based on solar terms calculated by JPL Horizons, https://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/horizons.cgi)
