Hi Tony,
t-corr is the correction for minutes and seconds of time between the hourly entries in the daily pages of the Nautical almanac. They are found in the appropriate column of the "Incriments and Corrections" pages in the back of the Almanac. I am sure that you are familiar with them, perhaps under another name. Here's the run down:
4 March 2020 Moon
1900 GHA hr 349-15.4
v-corr (6.9) +5.1
44-40 t-corr +10-39.5
1944-40 GHA = 360-00.0
