Dear Steve,
At 19:00 GHAMoon == 349°17.4', at 20:00 GHAMoon == 360°+3°46,2'=363°46,2', the total change is 14°28,8'. The moment you are looking for is when the GHAMoon increases by 360°-349°17,4'=10°42,6'.
The time span is 60 minutes, now just find when the 10°42,6' (out of total 14°28,8') is reached.
