Dear Steve,
Happy New Year! (The Sun is in the northern hemisphere since 2020-03-20UT03:50)
As of my favourite official Almanac - it is the Air Almanac (also found here), because it tabulates for every 10 minutes of time one can get away with the GHA/Dec interpolation by simply timing his sights to the tabulated moments.
My actually preferred Nautical Almanac is a DIY project by Erik De Man who publishes very aesthetically-pleasing tables along with the work-sheets for several sight reduction methods. My favourite pen-and-paper SR method is the All-Haversine Doniol (yet to be covered by Erik) but looks like he will include that too.
Warm regards,
Tony
