Sven Yrvind is seen in this YouTube video using his Bris. At minute 04:07 you will see him showing the Bris attached to glasses.

Looking through a sight tube on a sextant with the eyeglass mounted Bris will get you calibration angles within 10' moa. For high precision it will be necessary to use the natural horizon. What I do is mount the Bris to a DSLR camera for added consistency. It is possile to sandwitch and weatherproof a Bris between two UV camera filters as seen in attached images.
