There's something peculiar in the Celestaire logo. It implies the sextant is observing a backsight, but the index arm is set to about 60°. I think Ken G. would have noticed the anomaly, so the "mistake" was probably intentional. Maybe he thought it looked better, though I think 60° puts the star nicely above the center of the word.
