Just a simple survey question. Please try to visit celestaire.com. If you find it inaccessible in any way, please report back. I got an email today from someone who had trouble accessing their website, and since NavList is a global community I thought it might be a good community project: test to see if there is any (presumably unintentional) IP address filtering in play.
For whatever it's worth, I tried visiting a few minutes ago and did not notice any access problems. Screen capture attached. The test website Down for Everyone of Just Me reports no problems. That doesn't mean much more than what it says. There could still be long lists of IP addresses that have been blocked.
