Just a quick question... I just came across my USNO Multiyear Interactive Computer Almanac (MICA) CD which seems to have been put out in 2005. Well, we still have CD readers, for the time being. I was directed to http://www.usno.navy.mil/USNO/astronomical-applications/publications/circ-181 for updates to delta-T, which no longer works. When did USNO shut down the almanac service? Is there an alternative?
