Hi Frank,
In Spain there is a range of licenses.
The highest is Capitan de Yate; Yacht Captain. Including celestial navigation. You must
first
have PER and Patrón de yate.
The books published by the Basque Government, in Spanish:
"Colección Itsaso"
https://www.euskadi.eus/gobierno-vasco/-/coleccion-itsaso-publicacion-pesca-y-acuicultura/ The ones about coastal navigation, maritime English and others are free.
Also available here: https://sites.google.com/site/navigationalalgorithms/downloads
I have a pdf copy of the "Capitan de Yate" book for the license exams. No copyright infringement
Please tell me if you want me to send you a copy by email.
Regards.
