The CG uses 1981 documents; Bowditch V2, Almanac, Tide and Current Tables for exams.
The 1981 Bowditch has examples using logarithms for the calculations, but the equations are the same as current editions, just harder to dig out of the obfuscation.
But they do allow calculators (non-progammable), and will provide TI 30's.
You must provide your own plotting tools, and a Starfinder, with instructions.
