Shouldn't be too hard for the new Martians to do celestial navigation. Latitude and Longitude could be used like here on Earth with the nautical mile measuring less and the length of the Martian day in minutes divided by 24. Stars would have different declinations with the star to star distances being the same. There is also the opportunity to do something completely different to accommodate modern technology.
