Seems as if the simulation from YouTube has the analemma 90° rotated ? The NASA diagram has it with the teardrop shape pointed up.

See this interesting YouTube video link on a Mars analemma simulation which also includes planet positions. Not sure of the Mars latitude on this simulation (60° ?).
