The form was specifically designed to be used with the Polhemus and was included in the patent application and was included with the manual in the case with the Polhumus computer. The U.S. aair force used a different form with HO 249 but that form can also be used with the Polhemus. I have attached a copy of both forms.

Is the completed Pre-computation Form in Fig11A of the Polhemus instructions a form designed specifically for use with the Polhemus Computer, or was it the standard form for the time, which was borrowed for used with the Polhemus? DaveP
